The International Trade Administration has recently announced the following actions in antidumping duty cases.

Aluminum extrusions – preliminary determination in administrative review of AD duty order on aluminum extrusions from China for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019, that none of the 52 companies for which an administrative review was requested have demonstrated eligibility for a separate rate and are therefore part of the China-wide entity, and rescission of the review with respect to 205 companies
Aluminum oxide – ITA determination that revocation of AD duty order on refined brown aluminum oxide from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping
Polyester staple fiber – rescission based on the timely withdrawal of the review requests of administrative review of AD duty order on polyester staple fiber from Korea for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019
Steel flat products – preliminary results that all companies subject to the administrative review of the AD duty order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China for the period Nov. 1, 2017, through Oct. 31, 2018, are part of the China-wide entity
Steel pipes and tubes – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019
Steel threaded rod – preliminary determination in administrative review of AD duty order on certain steel threaded rod from China for the period April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2019, that certain companies did not have any shipments of subject merchandise during the review period and that the remaining companies under review are part of the China-wide entity
