Steel Trailer Wheels. The International Trade Commission has made preliminary affirmative antidumping and countervailing injury determinations on steel trailer wheels from China.
Hot-Rolled Steel. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Brazil for the period March 22, 2016, through Sept. 30, 2017, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 34.28 percent for six exporter/producer combinations. AD duties at this rate will be assessed on entries of subject goods from these companies during the period of review. AD cash deposits at the rate of 30.21 percent (reflecting adjustments for export subsidies) will be required for subject goods from these companies that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Sept. 26.
Xanthan Gum. In its sunset review of the AD duty order on xanthan gum from China, the ITA has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at weighted average dumping margins up to 154.07 percent.
Refillable Kegs. The ITC has instituted AD injury investigations of refillable stainless steel kegs from China, Germany, and Mexico and a CV injury investigation of such goods from China. A conference will be held Oct. 11, requests to appear at the conference are due by Oct. 9, comments are due by Oct. 16, and the ITC’s preliminary determination is due by Nov. 5.
Rebar. The ITC has scheduled expedited sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine. These reviews will lead to the revocation or continuation of these orders.
