Sodium Hexametaphosphate. The International Trade Commission is accepting comments by Oct. 10 on its expedited sunset review of the antidumping duty order on sodium hexametaphosphate from China, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order.

In its sunset review of this order, the International Trade Administration has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 188.05 percent.

Stainless Steel Flanges. The ITA has issued a countervailing duty order on stainless steel flanges from India, effective Oct. 5. CV duties at the net subsidy rates of 4.92 percent to 256.15 percent will be assessed on unliquidated entries of subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Jan. 23, 2018, and CV cash deposits will be required for subject goods effective as of the date of publication of the ITC’s final affirmative CV injury determination.

Rebar. In its sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on steel concrete reinforcing bars from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine, the ITA has determined that revocation of these orders would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 114.53 percent for Belarus, 133 percent for China, 71.01 percent for Indonesia, 16.99 percent for Latvia, 232.86 percent for Moldova, 52.07 percent for Poland, and 41.69 percent for Ukraine.
