Silicomanganese. The International Trade Commission has made a final negative antidumping injury determination on silicomanganese from Australia. As a result, no AD duty order will be issued.
Steel Wire Rod. The ITC has rescheduled for May 18 the hearing in its sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on stainless steel wire rod from Italy, Japan, Korea, Spain and Taiwan.
R-134a. The ITC will hold an open meeting April 15 to vote on its preliminary AD injury determination on 1,1,1,2-tetraflouroethane (R-134a) from China.
Sawblades. In the final results of its changed circumstances review of the AD duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China, the International Trade Administration has determined that Wuhan Wanbang Laser Diamond Tools Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Wuhan Wanbang Laser Diamond Tools Co. for purposes of determining AD cash deposits and liabilities. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all shipments of subject goods exported by Wuhan Wanbang Laser Diamond Tools Co. Ltd. and entered or withdrawn from warehouse on or after April 8 at the rate of 2.34 percent.
