Cast Iron Soil Pipe. The International Trade Administration has postponed from April 23 to June 25 its preliminary countervailing duty determination on cast iron soil pipe from China.
Uncoated Paper. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on uncoated paper from Indonesia for the period Aug. 26, 2015, through Feb. 28, 2017, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for the sole exporter/producer involved.
Steel Pipes and Tubes. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand for the period March 1, 2016, through Feb. 28, 2017, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins ranging from zero to 10.66 percent for three producers/exporters.
Tool Chests. The ITA has made final affirmative dumping determinations on tool chests and cabinets from China and Vietnam. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to continue to collect AD cash deposits on entries of subject merchandise at the final weighted average dumping margins, which are 97.11 percent to 244.29 percent for China and 327.17 percent for Vietnam.
