Background

Lined Paper Products. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on lined paper products from India for the period Sept. 1, 2015, through Aug. 31, 2016, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for the reviewed producers/exporters. The ITA has also preliminarily determined that two companies made no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during the period of review.

Tires. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2015, the ITA has determined net subsidy rates of 39.1 percent to 91.94 percent for three companies.

Oil Country Tubular Goods. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on OCTG from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2015, through Aug. 31, 2016, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of 6.66 percent to 46.37 percent for three producers or exporters. The ITA has also preliminarily determined that four companies had no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during this period.

Pipes and Tubes. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand for the period March 1, 2015, through Feb. 29, 2016, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 1.36 percent for Saha Thai Steel Pipe (Public) Company Ltd. The ITA has also preliminarily determined that Pacific Pipe Public Company Limited had no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during this period.

Titanium Sponge. The International Trade Commission has determined that there is no reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of titanium sponge from Japan and Kazakhstan. As a result, the ITC’s AD and CV injury investigations of such goods will end.
