Woven Ribbons. In the final results of its expedited sunset review of the antidumping duty orders on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China and Taiwan, the ITA has determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at rates up to 247.65 percent for China and 4.37 percent for Taiwan.
Potassium Phosphate Salts. In its sunset review of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on potassium phosphate salts from China, the International Trade Commission has determined that revocation of these orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will be continued for five years.
Circular Welded Steel Pipe. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea for the period Nov. 1, 2013, through Oct. 31, 2014, the ITA has determined weighted-average dumping margins of zero to 3.69 percent for three Korean exporters.
Silicomanganese. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on silicomanganese from India for the period May 1, 2014, through Apr. 30, 2015 with respect to Nava Bharat Ventures Limited, which has made no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during the period of review.
Rectangular Welded Steel Pipes and Tubes. The ITA has postponed its preliminary AD duty determination on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea from Dec. 28 to Feb. 16, 2016.
Pressure Pipe. The ITA has postponed its preliminary AD duty determination on welded stainless pressure pipe from India from Dec. 24 to Feb. 29, 2016.
