Request Admin Reviews. The International Trade Administration is accepting through Sept. 30 requests for administrative reviews of the antidumping and/or countervailing duty orders on the following goods for the periods Sept. 1, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2014 (CV), unless otherwise noted.

- steel concrete reinforcing bars from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland and Ukraine (AD)

- lined paper products from China (AD) and India (AD/CV)

- oil country tubular goods from India (AD: Feb. 25, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015; and CV: Dec. 23, 2013, through Dec. 31, 2014), Turkey (AD: Feb. 25, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015; and CV: July 18 through Dec. 31, 2014), Vietnam (AD; Feb. 25, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015) and Korea and Taiwan (AD; July 18, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015)

- stainless steel wire rod from Italy, Japan, Korea, Spain, Taiwan (AD)

- magnesia carbon bricks from China (AD/CV) and Mexico (AD)

- narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- raw flexible magnets from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- freshwater crawfish tail meat from China (AD)

- foundry coke from China (AD)

- kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China (AD/CV)

- new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China (AD/CV)

- solid agricultural grade ammonium nitrate from Ukraine (AD)

- lemon juice from Argentina (AD suspension agreement)

Advance Notice of Sunset Reviews. The International Trade Administration has announced that sunset reviews of the AD and/or CV duty orders on the following goods are scheduled for initiation in October. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.

- iron construction castings from Brazil (AD/CV), Canada (AD) and China (AD)

- coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from China and Indonesia (AD/CV)

- seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe from China (AD/CV)

- seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico (AD)

New Sunset Reviews. The ITA and the International Trade Commission have initiated sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on chlorinated isocyanurates from China and Spain and potassium permanganate from China. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.

Pipes and Tubes. The ITC will hold a public meeting Sept. 30 to hold a preliminary vote in its AD and/or CV injury investigations of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea, Mexico and Turkey. If these votes are affirmative the investigations will continue; otherwise, they will be terminated and no AD/CV duty orders will be issued.
