Background

Preserved Mushrooms. The International Trade Commission has given notice of an expedited sunset review to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on preserved mushrooms from Chile, China, India and Indonesia would be likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. Comments are due by July 6.

Brass Sheet and Strip. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on brass sheet and strip from Italy for the period March 1, 2013, through Feb. 28, 2014, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 22.0 percent for KME Italy SpA. AD duties based on this rate will be assessed on entries of subject goods from this company during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject goods from this company that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after July 6.
