Hot-rolled steel – (a) sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India, Indonesia, and Thailand would be likely to result in the continuation or recurrence of net countervailable subsidies at the rates of 336.62 to 360.23 percent for India, 10.21 percent for Indonesia, and 2.38 percent for Thailand; and (b) partial rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017
Laminated woven sacks – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on laminated woven sacks from China would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 91.73 percent and net countervailable subsidies at rates of 83.34 to 406.62 percent
Mattresses – scheduling of final phase of AD injury investigation of mattresses from China (hearing scheduled for Oct. 10, requests to appear at the hearing due by Oct. 4, pre-hearing briefs due by Sept. 26, post-hearing briefs due by Oct. 17, and final comments due by Nov. 7)
Persulfates – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on persulfates from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 119.02 percent
Pipe fittings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 75.5 percent
