Cut-to-length plate – dumping margin of 4.83 percent for one company in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from France for the period Nov. 14, 2016, through April 30, 2018

Pipes and tubes – dumping margins of (a) 0.8 to 4.08 percent for Mexico and (b) 40.4 to 53.8 percent for Korea in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes for the period Sept. 1, 2017, through Aug. 31, 2018

Quartz surface products – net subsidy rates of 1.57 and 83.79 percent in amended preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on quartz surface products from India

Steel threaded rod – final affirmative AD injury determination on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from Thailand and negative critical circumstances determination

Textured yarn – affirmative final AD and CV duty determinations on polyester textured yarn from China and India, with new cash deposit rates of 65.39 and 66.47 percent (AD, China), 13.14 to 43.38 percent (AD, India), 32.18 to 473.09 percent (CV, China), and 4.29 to 21.83 percent (CV, India)
