Sodium nitrite – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on sodium nitrite from China and AD duty order on sodium nitrite from Germany would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Solar products – final determination that United Renewable Energy Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Gintech Energy Corporation, Neo Solar Power Corporation, and Solartech Energy Corporation for purposes of the AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan and should receive their AD cash deposit rate, which is currently 1.33 percent.
