The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Mattresses – preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on mattresses from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 252.74 percent for Cambodia, 2.61 percent for Indonesia, 42.92 percent for Malaysia, 13.65 percent for Serbia, 572.56 to 763.28 percent for Thailand, 20.03 percent for Turkey, and 1980.79 to 989.9 percent for Vietnam

Nails – dumping margins of 1.84 and 7.19 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Korea for the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019

Request reviews – Nov. 30 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders for the periods Nov. 1, 2019, through Oct. 31, 2020 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- chlorinated isocyanurates from China (CV)

- circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Brazil, Korea, Mexico, and Taiwan (AD)

- coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from China and Indonesia (AD/CV)

- polyethylene terephthalate film from China and United Arab Emirates (AD)

- pure magnesium in granular form from China (AD)

- refillable stainless steel kegs from Mexico (AD; Oct. 9, 2019, through Sept. 30, 2020)

- refined brown aluminum oxide from China (AD)

- seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from China (AD/CV)

- seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico (AD)

- sodium gluconate, gluconic acid, and derivative products from China (AD/CV)

- steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico (AD) and Turkey (CV)

- strontium chromate from Austria (AD; June 18, 2019, through July 31, 2020) and France (AD; May 17, 2019, through Oct. 31, 2020)

- welded stainless pressure pipe from India (AD/CV)

Steel cylinders – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on high-pressure steel cylinders from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Sunset reviews – ITA and ITC initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders

- cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China, Russia, and Ukraine (AD)

- melamine from China (AD/CV)

- potassium phosphate from China (AD/CV)

- welded line pipe from Korea (AD) and Turkey (AD/CV)
