The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Hot-rolled steel – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Brazil for the period Oct. 1, 2018, through Sept. 30, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Mechanical tubing – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from Korea for the period Nov. 22, 2017, through May 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Pipes and tubes – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey for the period Sept. 1, 2018, through Aug. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Steel sinks – dumping margin of 1.78 percent for one exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from China for the period April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2019

Wooden cabinets – final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on wooden cabinets and vanities, with new cash deposit rates of zero to 251.64 percent (AD) and 13.33 to 293.45 percent (CV)
