The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Hardwood plywood – final affirmative determination of circumvention in AD and CV duty orders on certain hardwood plywood from China

Polyester staple fiber – amended final results to correct certain ministerial errors in AD changed circumstances review on fine denier polyester staple fiber from Korea

Steel rod – ITA sunset review determination that AD duty order on certain steel threaded rod from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Strontium chromate – issuance of AD duty orders on strontium chromate from Austria (25.90 percent AD duty) and France (32.16 percent AD duty)

Sugar – ITC initiation of sunset reviews of AD and CV duty orders on sugar from Mexico, which will result in the revocation or continuation of these orders

Transformers – correction to preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea
