The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Glass containers – final affirmative AD duty determination on glass containers from China, with dumping margins of 31.07 to 255.68 percent

PC strand – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 14.44 to 135.06 percent

PET film – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and/or CV duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Shelving – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
