Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Flanges – dumping margin of 1.03 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from Spain for the period June 1, 2018, through May 31, 2019

Glass containers – final negative AD injury determination on glass containers from China, meaning no AD duty order will be issued

Isocyanurates – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain for the period June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Matchbooks – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on commodity matchbooks from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Mechanical tubing – dumping margin of 7.93 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India for the period Nov. 22, 2017, through May 31, 2019
