The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Diamond sawblades – preliminary determination that diamond sawblades produced in Canada using cores and segments of Chinese origin are circumventing the AD duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China and instruction to CBP to require AD cash deposits at the China-wide rate of 82.05 percent for unliquidated entries of subject goods produced by one Canadian company

Flanges – dumping margins of 1.20 to 2.22 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India for the period Feb. 8, 2017, through July 31, 2018

Nails – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Vietnam for the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the cash deposit rates

Shrimp – dumping margins of 1.87 and 110.90 percent for six exporters/producers in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period Feb. 1, 2017, through Jan. 31, 2018

Solar cells – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries during this period at the cash deposit rates
