Lumber – (a) net subsidy rates of 2.93 to 15.16 percent for 2017 and 2.61 to 14.66 percent for 2018 in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on softwood lumber products from Canada for the period April 28, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018, and (b) dumping margins of 1.18 to 2.02 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on such lumber for the period June 30, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018
Plywood – dumping margin of 0.93 percent for multiple exporters in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on hardwood plywood products from China for the period June 23, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018
Steel pipe – dumping margins of 2.49 to 9.11 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from the United Arab Emirates for the period Dec. 1, 2017, through Nov. 30, 2018
