The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Copper pipe – preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam

 

Paper – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on uncoated paper from Brazil for the period March 1, 2019, through Feb. 29, 2020, with respect to two companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

 

Silicon metal – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on silicon metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, and Malaysia and preliminary affirmative CV injury determination on silicon metal from Kazakhstan

 

Solar products – (1) net subsidy rates of 5.97 to 7.36 percent in amended final results of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2014, and (2) net subsidy rate of 3.72 percent in amended final results of administrative review of this CV duty order for the period June 10, 2014, through Dec. 31, 2015
