The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Citric acid – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 52.22 to 166.34 percent

Off-road tires – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Request reviews – Sept. 30 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders for the periods Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020 (AD), or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil (AD/CV), India (AD/CV), Korea (AD/CV), and United Kingdom (AD)

- emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil, Mexico, Korea, and Poland (AD)

- forged steel fittings from Taiwan (AD)

- foundry coke products from China (AD)

- fresh tomatoes from Mexico (AD)

- heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea (AD), Mexico (AD), and Turkey (AD/CV)

- kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China (AD/CV)

- lined paper products from China (AD) and India (AD/CV)

- magnesia carbon bricks from China (AD/CV) and Mexico (AD)

- narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China (AD)

- oil country tubular goods from India (AD/CV), Korea (AD), Turkey (AD/CV), and Vietnam (AD)

- raw flexible magnets from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- stainless steel wire rod from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan (AD)

- steel concrete reinforcing bars from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine (AD)

- steel racks from China (AD, March 4, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020; and CV, Dec. 3, 2018, through Dec. 31, 2019)

- steel wheels 12 to 16.5 inches in diameter from China (AD, April 22, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020; and CV, Feb. 25 through Dec. 31, 2019)

Solar products – intent to revoke AD and CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China with respect to certain off-grid portable small panels

Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of AD and CV duty orders on boltless steel shelving units, pre-packaged, from China and pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from China
