Citric acid – dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and citrate salts from Canada for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

MSG – dumping margin of 0.71 percent for one exporter/producer in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on monosodium glutamate from Indonesia for the period Nov. 1, 2016, through Oct. 31, 2017

Pipes and tubes – dumping margins of 2.73 percent for Taiwan and zero and 9.99 percent for Turkey in final results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes

Sugar – amended agreements suspending AD and CV duty investigations of sugar from Mexico to modify the definition for sugar, revise the reference prices for Mexican sugar (AD), modify the restrictions on the volume of direct or indirect exports to the U.S. (CV), and provide for enhanced monitoring and enforcement mechanisms

Vertical shaft engines – institution of AD/CV injury investigations of vertical shaft engines from China, with preliminary determinations due by March 2
