Citric acid – dumping margin of 4.59 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Colombia for the period Jan. 8, 2018, through June 30, 2019
Engines – new requirement for AD cash deposits of 219.07 to 543.18 percent following preliminary affirmative dumping determination on vertical shaft engines from China
HFC blends – determination not to include hydrofluorocarbon components R-32 (difluoromethane), R-125 (pentafluoroethane), and R-143a (1,1,1,-trifluoroethane) imported from China within the scope of the AD duty order on HFC blends from China
PET film – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from China and the United Arab Emirates would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Pipe and tube – dumping margin of zero for one exporter or producer in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey for the period May 1, 2014, through April 30, 2015
