The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Ceramic tile – scheduling of final phase of AD and CV injury investigations of ceramic tile from China (hearing to be held April 2, pre-hearing briefs due by March 26, post-hearing briefs due by April 9, final comments due by April 27)

Sodium sulfate anhydrous – scheduling of final phase of AD injury investigation of sodium sulfate anhydrous from Canada (hearing to be held March 19, pre-hearing briefs due by March 12, post-hearing briefs due by March 27, final comments due by April 21)

Steel nails – continuation of AD duty order on steel nails from China, effective Dec. 3

Sunset reviews – ITA and ITC initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders

- calcium hypochlorite from China (AD/CV)

- carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from China (AD/CV)

- electrolytic manganese dioxide from China (AD)

- lightweight thermal paper from China (AD/CV)

Xanthan gum – dumping margin of zero for three exporters in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on xanthan gum from China for the period July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018
