The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Ceramic tile – cash deposit rates of 167.66 and 233.72 percent in corrected preliminary affirmative dumping determination on ceramic tile from China

File cabinets – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on vertical metal file cabinets from China, effective Dec. 13, with current cash deposit rates of 160.77 and 271.79 percent, respectively

Hot-rolled steel – dumping margins of zero for Japan and 0.94 percent for Korea in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on hot-rolled steel flat products for the period Oct. 1, 2017, through Sept. 30, 2018

Oil country tubular goods – net subsidy rate of 0.9 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on OCTG from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017

Solar cells – net subsidy rates of 9.7 to 12.7 percent in amended final results of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2016
