The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum foil – initiation of AD duty investigations of aluminum foil from Armenia, Brazil, Oman, Russia, and Turkey and CV duty investigations of aluminum foil from Oman and Turkey

Mechanical tubing – dumping margin of 11.38 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing or carbon and alloy steel from Italy for the period Nov. 22, 2017, through May 31, 2019

MSG – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on monosodium glutamate from China and Indonesia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Pipe fittings – net subsidy rates of 5.13 and 109.32 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on cast iron soil pipe fittings from China for the period Dec. 19, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018

Rebar – continuation of AD duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bars from Mexico and CV duty order on rebar from Turkey, effective Oct. 22
