Aluminum foil – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on aluminum foil from Armenia, Brazil, Oman, Russia, and Turkey and CV injury determinations on aluminum foil from Oman and Turkey
Citric acid – dumping margin of 4.59 percent for one producer/exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Colombia for the period Jan. 8, 2018, through June 30, 2019
Large pipe – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on large-diameter welded pipe from Turkey for the period Aug. 27, 2018, through April 30, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Steel fittings – net subsidy rate of 25.9 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on forged steel fittings from China for the period March 14 through Dec. 31, 2018
Wind towers – initiation of AD duty investigations of utility scale wind towers from India, Malaysia, and Spain and CV duty investigations of such goods from India and Malaysia, with alleged dumping margins of 54.03 percent for India, 93.83 percent for Malaysia, and 73.0 percent for Spain
