The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Administrative reviews – Dec. 2 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders for the periods Nov. 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- chlorinated isocyanurates from China (CV)

- circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Brazil, Korea, Mexico, and Taiwan (AD)

- coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from China and Indonesia (AD/CV)

- cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Ukraine (AD)

- diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China (AD)

- forged steel fittings from China (AD, May 17, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019; and CV, March 14 through Dec. 31, 2018) and Italy (AD; May 17, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019)

- fresh garlic from China (AD)

- hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China, Taiwan, Thailand, and Ukraine (AD)

- lightweight thermal paper from China (AD/CV)

- monosodium glutamate from China and Indonesia (AD)

- paper clips from China (AD)

- polyethylene terephthalate film from China and United Arab Emirates (AD)

- pure magnesium in granular form from China (AD)

- refined brown aluminum oxide from China (AD)

- seamless carbon and alloy standard, line, and pressure pipe from China (AD/CV)

- seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China (AD)

- sodium gluconate, gluconic acid, and derivative products from China (AD, July 10, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019; and CV, May 23 through Dec. 31, 2018)

- steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico (AD) and Turkey (CV)

- welded stainless pressure pipe from India (AD/CV)

Electrical steel – ITA and ITC initiation of sunset reviews of AD and/or CV duty orders on non-oriented electrical steel from China (AD/CV), Germany (AD), Japan (AD), Korea (AD), Sweden (AD), and Taiwan (AD/CV), which will result in the revocation or continuation of these orders

Pipe fittings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 111.36 percent

Steel pipe – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe from Romania for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019, with respect to two companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Tapered roller bearings – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on tapered roller bearings from China for the period June 1, 2018, through May 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
