Aluminum oxide – ITA and ITC initiation of sunset reviews of AD duty order on refined brown aluminum oxide from China, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order

Line pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel line pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Olives – European Union request for WTO dispute settlement panel on AD/CV duties on ripe olives from Spain (comments due by Oct. 7)

Structural steel – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on fabricated structural steel from China and Mexico, with new AD cash deposit rates of zero to 130.84 percent for China and zero to 16.96 percent for Mexico, and preliminary negative dumping determination on fabricated structural steel from Canada
