The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Activated carbon – dumping margins of $0.40/kg and $0.51/kg in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on activated carbon from China for the period April 1, 2014, through March 31, 2015

Kegs – intent to revoke AD duty order on refillable stainless steel kegs from Germany because the sole respondent has acquired a major stake in the only U.S. manufacturer

PC strand – initiation of AD duty investigations of pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates and CV duty investigation of PC strand from Turkey

Pipe – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on welded stainless pressure pipe from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Shrimp – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam for the period Feb. 1, 2019, through Jan. 31, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
