The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Acetone – final affirmative AD injury determinations on acetone from Belgium, Korea, and South Africa

Polyethylene – initiation of AD duty investigation of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene from Korea, with alleged dumping margins of 13.16 to 153.35 percent

Sodium sulfate – final affirmative dumping determination on sodium sulfate anhydrous from Canada, with dumping margin of 8.89 percent

Steel fittings – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on forged steel fittings from India, with net subsidy rates of 2.65 and 284.91 percent

Wooden cabinets – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on wooden cabinets and vanities from China
