The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Acetone – final affirmative dumping determinations on acetone from Belgium, Korea, and South Africa, with dumping margins of 28.1 percent for Belgium, 25.05 to 47.86 percent for Korea, and 314.51 to 414.92 percent for South Africa

Flanges – dumping margin of 4.47 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from Spain for the period Feb. 8, 2017, through May 31, 2018

Plastic bags – dumping margin of zero for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia for the period Aug. 1, 2017, through July 31, 2018

Scope rulings – scope rulings and anti-circumvention determinations made between July 1 and Sept. 30, 2019, with respect to the following AD and/or CV duty orders

- aluminum extrusions from China (AD/CV)

- circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand (AD)

- diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China (AD)

- light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China (AD/CV)

- oil country tubular goods from Korea (AD)

- steel nails from China (AD)

- sugar from Mexico (AD/CV)

- tapered roller bearings from China (AD)

Wind towers – (a) preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on utility scale wind towers from Canada, Indonesia, Korea, and Vietnam, with new AD cash deposit rates of 5.04 percent for Canada, 6.35 percent for Indonesia, 5.98 percent for Korea, and 63.82 percent for Vietnam; and (b) preliminary determination that critical circumstances exist with respect to Korea and Vietnam but do not exist with respect to Canada or Indonesia
