Magnesium. The International Trade Commission has scheduled an expedited sunset review of the antidumping duty order on pure magnesium from China. Comments are due by Feb. 23.
In its own sunset review of this order, the International Trade Administration has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins of up to 108.26 percent.
Honey. The ITA has initiated a new shipper review of the AD duty order on honey from China to determine whether Jiangsu Runchen Agricultural/Sideline Foodstuff Co. Ltd. is entitled to a separate AD duty rate.
PC Strand. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Thailand for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2015, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for The Siam Industrial Wire Co. Ltd.
