Large Civil Aircraft. The International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of its antidumping and countervailing injury investigations of 100- to 150-seat large civil aircraft from Canada. A hearing will be held Dec. 18, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Dec. 13, pre-hearing briefs are due by Dec. 12, post-hearing briefs are due by Dec. 27, and final comments are due by Jan. 23.

Steel Flanges. The International Trade Administration has postponed from Nov. 9 to Jan. 16 its preliminary CV duty determinations on stainless steel flanges from China and India.

Steel Wire Rod. The ITA has made affirmative preliminary dumping determinations on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Italy, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits at the preliminary weighted average dumping margins, which are 22.06 percent for Italy, 135.46 percent to 142.26 percent for South Africa, 10.09 percent for South Korea, 20.25 percent to 32.64 percent for Spain, 2.80 percent to 8.01 percent for Turkey, 34.98 percent to 44.03 percent for Ukraine, and 41.96 percent to 147.63 percent for the UK. The ITA’s final determinations are due by Jan. 8, 2018.

Sunset Reviews. The ITC has initiated sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on honey from China and the AD/CV duty orders on steel wire garment hangers from Taiwan and Vietnam. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.
