Garment Hangers. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on steel wire garment hangers from Vietnam for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2015, due to the petitioner’s withdrawal of its request for review of all 68 companies listed in the initiation notice. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess CV duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the CV cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
Shrimp. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from China for the period Feb. 1, 2015, through Jan. 31, 2016, after the petitioner and domestic producers withdrew their requests for review of all 74 companies listed in the initiation notice. The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
Steel Sinks. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from China for the period April 1, 2014, through March 31, 2015, the ITA has (a) determined a weighted average dumping margin of 1.65 percent for three exporters, (b) determined that the other mandatory respondents are part of the China-wide entity and subject to its 76.45 percent rate, which is not under review, (c) included nine companies that failed to demonstrate their entitlement to a separate rate as part of the China-wide entity, and (d) found that Shenzhen Kehuaxing Industrial Ltd. had no shipments of subject goods during the period of review.
Large Residential Washers. The ITA has postponed from May 31 to July 19 its preliminary AD duty determination on large residential washers from China.
