The International Trade Commission has scheduled full sunset reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules from China, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders. A hearing will be held Nov. 15, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Nov. 5, pre-hearing briefs are due by Nov. 5, post-hearing briefs are due by Nov. 27, and final comments are due by Jan. 2, 2019.
In the final results of its administrative review of the CV duty order on such goods from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2015, the International Trade Administration has determined net subsidy rates of 11.39 percent to 14.34 percent. CV duties at these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and CV cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after July 23.
