Cold-Rolled Steel. Effective March 2, the International Trade Administration is revoking the antidumping duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Japan with respect to light gauge cold-rolled flat-rolled steel meeting the requirements of ASTM A424 Type 1. In a changed circumstances review the ITA determined that producers accounting for substantially all of the domestic production of the like product had no interest in the continued application of this order with respect to such products.
Phosphor Copper. The ITA has made a final affirmative dumping determination on phosphor copper from Korea. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits on entries of subject goods at the weighted average dumping margin, which is 8.43 percent.
Rebar. The ITA has made a preliminary affirmative dumping determination on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Japan, Taiwan, and Turkey. As a result, the ITA will instruct CBP to collect AD cash deposits on entries of subject goods at the weighted average dumping margins, which are 209.46 percent for Japan, 3.48 percent to 29.47 percent for Taiwan, and 5.29 percent to 7.07 percent for Turkey.
Cement. The International Trade Commission has scheduled an expedited sunset review of the AD duty order on gray portland cement and cement clinker from Japan, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. Comments are due by May 23.
Cased Pencils. The ITC has scheduled a full sunset review of the AD duty order on cased pencils from China, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. A hearing will be held June 15, requests to appear at the hearing are due by June 7, pre-hearing briefs are due by June 8, post-hearing briefs are due by June 26, and final comments are due by July 21.
