Background

Cold-Rolled Steel. The International Trade Commission issued on June 22 final affirmative injury determinations in its antidumping duty investigations of certain cold-rolled steel flat products from China and Japan and its countervailing duty investigation of subject merchandise from China. Accordingly, the ITA has issued AD duty orders on imports of subject merchandise from China and Japan as well as a CV duty order on imports of subject merchandise from China.

Cooking Ware. The ITC has determined that revoking the AD duty order on porcelain-on-steel cooking ware from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this AD duty order will remain in place for five more years.

Roller Bearings. In the preliminary results of the administrative review of the AD duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from China for the period June 1, 2014, through May 31, 2015, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for the following three exporters: Changshan Peer Bearing Co. Ltd., Haining Nice Flourish Auto Parts Co. Ltd. and Roci International (HK) Limited. In addition, the ITA has (1) rescinded its administrative review of GGB Bearing Technology (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. because that company withdrew its request for a review; (2) preliminarily determined that Yantai CMC Bearing Co. Ltd. forms part of the China-wide entity (subject to a 92.84 percent rate); and (3) preliminarily rescinded its new shipper review of Shandong Bolong Bearing Co. Ltd. because that company did not make a bona fide sale during the period of review.
