Rectangular Tubing. In its sunset review of the antidumping duty order on light-walled rectangular carbon steel tubing from Taiwan, the International Trade Administration has determined that revocation of this order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 40.97 percent.

Silicomanganese. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on silicomanganese from Ukraine for the period Aug. 1, 2015, through July 31, 2016, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 163.00 percent for two exporter/producers.

Sulfanilic Acid. Effective May 9 the ITA has continued for five years the AD duty orders on sulfanilic acid from China and India.

Sulfanilic acid is used as a raw material in the production of optical brighteners, food colors, specialty dyes, and concrete additives. These orders cover all grades of sulfanilic acid, which include technical (or crude) sulfanilic acid (classifiable under HTSUS 2921.42.22), refined (or purified) sulfanilic acid (classifiable under HTSUS 2921.42.22), and sodium salt of sulfanilic acid (classifiable under HTSUS 2921.42.90). All grades are available as dry, free-flowing powders.

Welded Line Pipe. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on welded line pipe from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2015, with respect to 17 companies based on the timely withdrawal of the requests for review. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess CV duties on entries of subject goods from these companies at the cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
