Background

Aircraft. The ITC has issued preliminary affirmative injury determinations in its antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of 100- to 150-seat large civil aircraft from Canada. As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its AD and CV duty investigations of imports of subject merchandise. The ITA is scheduled to issue its preliminary CV determination on or about July 21 and its preliminary AD determination on or about Oct. 4.

Steel Pipe. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2014, through Oct. 31, 2015, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of 2.43 percent, 3.53 percent, or 7.32 percent. The ITA has also determined that two companies made no sales of subject merchandise during the period of review.

Cement. The ITC has scheduled for June 16 a vote in connection with its fourth sunset review of the AD duty order on gray Portland cement and cement clinker from Japan.

Rebar. The ITC has scheduled for June 16 its final injury vote in the AD duty probe of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Japan as well the AD and CV duty probes of subject merchandise from Turkey.

Shrimp. The ITA has made a number of corrections to the notice of initiation of its administrative review of the AD duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period Feb. 1, 2016, through Jan. 31, 2017.
