Aluminum Extrusions. In its sunset reviews of the AD and CV duty orders on aluminum extrusions from China, the ITC has determined that revocation of these order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will be continued for five years.

Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip. The ITC has made final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on stainless steel sheet and strip from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will soon issue AD and CV duty orders on this product.

Calcium Hypochlorite. The ITA has rescinded its new shipper review of the CV duty order on calcium hypochlorite from China because there was insufficient information to determine whether Haixing Jingmei Chemical Products Sales Co. Ltd.’s sale of subject goods to the U.S. was bona fide. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to discontinue the option of posting a bond or security in lieu of a cash deposit for entries of subject goods from Jingmei, which continues to be subject to the “all others” rate of 65.85 percent.

Wind Towers. The ITA has amended its final affirmative dumping determination on utility scale wind towers from Vietnam in light of a court decision. The revised dumping margin and cash deposit rate for the CS Wind Group (CS Wind Vietnam Co. Ltd. and CS Wind Corporation) is zero. As a result, the ITA is excluding subject goods produced and exported by CS Wind Group from the scope of this order and will direct CBP to release any bonds or other security and refund cash deposits on entries of such goods.
