Tires. The ITA has amended the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China for the period Sept. 1, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015, to correct a ministerial error. As a result, the weighted-average dumping margins for Xuzhou Xugong Tyres Co. Ltd. as well as the companies not individually examined in the review have been revised from 33.08 percent to 33.14 percent.
Citric Acid. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China for the period May 1, 2015, through April 30, 2016, the ITA has (a) determined that Laiwu Taihe Biochemistry Co. Ltd. and 14 other companies are part of the China-wide entity (which is currently subject to an AD duty rate of 156.87 percent); and (b) determined that Niran (Thailand) Co. Ltd. and Niran Biochemical Limited had no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during the period of review.
Steel Flanges. The ITA has issued an AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from Spain. As a result, imports of subject merchandise will face an AD duty of 18.81 percent or 24.43 percent.
Garlic. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on fresh garlic from China for the period Nov. 1, 2014, through Oct. 31, 2015, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of $2.27/kg for six exporters and $4.71/kg for the China-wide entity. The ITA has also (a) determined that ten companies had no reviewable transactions during the period of review, (b) updated the list of companies subject to the review that were found to be part of the China-wide entity, and (c) rescinded the review with respect to two companies based on a determination that the review request was not credible.
Rebar. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico for the period April 24, 2014, through Oct. 31, 2015, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of zero for Grupo Simec S.A.B. de C.V. and 0.56 percent for Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V.
Paper Clips. The ITC has canceled a June 22 hearing that had been scheduled in connection with the ongoing sunset review of the AD duty order on paper clips from China.
Uranium. The ITC has scheduled an expedited sunset review of the AD duty order on uranium from Russia. The review will seek to determine whether revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to a domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time. The staff report will be placed in the non-public record on Aug. 2 and a public version will be issued thereafter. Comments and statements are due by Aug. 9 and may not contain new factual information.
