The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Electrodes – dumping margin of 24.95 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on small diameter graphite electrodes from China and review rescission with respect to 203 companies

Solar cells – preliminary determination to partially revoke AD and CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China with respect to off-grid small portable crystalline silicon photovoltaic panels, with or without a glass cover, meeting certain characteristics

Steel bar – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1, 2021, through Jan. 31, 2022

Steel flanges – dumping margins of 0.65 percent, 13.22 percent, and 50.72 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel flanges from India for the period Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2021, and final determination that two companies had no reviewable shipments of subject merchandise during the review period

Steel pipe fittings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel tubing – subsidy rates of 3.53 percent, 3.79 percent, or 3.97 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021

Wood mouldings – dumping margins of zero and 9.03 percent and subsidy rates ranging from 4.38 percent to 13.21 percent in administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on wood mouldings and millwork products from China for the periods Aug. 12, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2022, and June 12, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021, respectively, and review rescission with respect to various companies
