Request reviews – June 30 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2022 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from China, Germany, India, Italy, Korea, and Switzerland (AD)

- chlorinated isocyanurates from China and Spain (AD)

- finished carbon steel flanges from Spain (AD)

- helical spring lock washers from Taiwan (AD)

- artist canvas from China (AD)

- ceramic tile from China (AD/CV)

- furfuryl alcohol from China (AD)

- high pressure steel cylinders from China (AD/CV)

- polyester staple fiber from China (AD)

Steel flanges – initiation of changed circumstances review and preliminary determination that BFN Forgings Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to Bebitz Flanges Works Private Limited for purposes of the AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India

Steel pipe and tube – dumping margin of 13.79 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021, and preliminary no shipment determination with respect to 13 companies

Steel plate – dumping margins of 1.15 percent (Belgium) and 1.47 to 20.44 percent (Italy) in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Belgium and Italy for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021

Steel products – dumping margin of 1.92 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products from Japan for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021

Welded pipe – dumping margin of 1.04 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on large diameter welded pipe from Canada for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021, and rescission of review with respect to 42 companies

Wire strand – cash deposit rate of 17.39 percent in amended final determination of AD investigation on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey
