The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Ammonium Sulfate – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on ammonium sulfate from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Isocyanurates – scheduling of full sunset reviews of AD duty orders on chlorinated isocyanurates from China and Spain, with hearing scheduled for Sept. 29, prehearing briefs due by Sept. 20, and posthearing briefs due by Oct. 7

PET resin – dumping margin of 1.27 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate resin from Oman for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021

Polymers – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on superabsorbent polymers from Korea, with new AD cash deposit rate of 28.74 percent

Silica fabric – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on amorphous silica fabric from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel nails – preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on steel nails from India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, and Oman, with new CV cash deposit rates of 2.73 to 2.93 percent (India), 4.12 percent (Sri Lanka), de minimis (Thailand), 1.70 to 3.88 percent (Turkey), and 2.49 percent (Oman)

Tires – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Wire strand – subsidy rates of 2.96 and 16.87 percent in amended final determination of CV investigation on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey
