Flasks – issuance of general exclusion order in investigation 337-TA-1216 barring imports of vacuum-insulated flasks and components thereof that infringe specified patents and trademarks asserted by complainants Steel Technology LLC dba Hydro Flask and Helen of Troy Limited
Footwear – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1289 of knitted footwear (complainant Nike Inc.; respondents located in Germany and the U.S.)
Landscape lighting – issuance of limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against respondents found to be in default in investigation 337-TA-1261 of LED landscape lighting devices and components thereof
