Barium chloride – preliminary negative determination in AD investigation of barium chloride from India and postponement of final determination to Dec. 30
Corrosion-resistant steel – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on corrosion-resistant steel products from China, India, Italy, and Korea, as well as AD duty order on subject merchandise from Taiwan
Lemon juice – ITC determination that terminating the suspended investigation on imports of lemon juice from Argentina would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time; as a result, the existing suspension agreement on subject merchandise will remain in place
Sodium nitrite – cash deposit rate of 57.24 percent as part of preliminary affirmative determination in AD investigation of sodium nitrite from India, postponement of final determination until Dec. 30, and extension of provisional measures from a four-month period to a period of no more than six months
Solar cells – subsidy rates of 13.18 to 18.55 percent in amended final results of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019
