- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Avant Organics LLC facility within FTZ 261 in Alexandria, La. (comments due by Oct. 18)

- received an application for subzone status for the Getinge Group Logistics Americas LLC facility within FTZ 49 in Dayton, N.J. (comments due by Oct. 19)

- authorized an expansion of production activity at the Volkswagen Group of America Chattanooga Operations LLC facility within FTZ 134 in Chattanooga, Tenn., where VW already has authority to product passenger motor vehicles, to add foreign-status materials and components
