Polyester fiber – dumping margin of 3.0 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on low-melt polyester staple fiber from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020

Power transformers – dumping margin of 8.85 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020

R-125 – amended scope of CV duty investigation of pentafluoroethane (R-125) from China to conform with the scope published in the preliminary affirmative AD duty determination goods

Request reviews – Sept. 30 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Sept. 1, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2021 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil (AD/CV), India (AD/CV), and Korea (AD/CV)

- emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil, Korea, Mexico, and Poland (AD)

- forged steel fittings from Taiwan (AD)

- foundry coke products from China (AD)

- fresh tomatoes from Mexico (AD)

- heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from China (AD), Korea (AD), Mexico (AD), and Turkey (AD/CV)

- kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China (AD/CV)

- lined paper products from China (AD) and India (AD/CV)

- magnesia carbon bricks from China (AD/CV) and Mexico (AD)

- narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- oil country tubular goods from India (AD/CV), Korea (AD), Turkey (AD/CV), and Vietnam (AD)

- polyethylene terephthalate sheet from Korea and Oman (AD; March 3, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2021)

- raw flexible magnets from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- stainless steel wire rod from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan (AD)

- steel concrete reinforcing bars from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine (AD)

- steel racks from China (AD/CV)

- steel wheels 12 to 16.5 inches in diameter from China (AD/CV)

Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders

- hot-rolled steel flat products from Australia (AD), Brazil (AD/CV), Japan (AD), the Netherlands (AD), Russia (AD), South Korea (AD/CV), Turkey (AD), and the United Kingdom (AD)

- lemon juice from Argentina (AD)
