Flanges – dumping margins of 4.58 and 11.87 percent (and “all others” cash deposit rate of 7.0 percent) in amended final affirmative dumping determination on stainless steel flanges from India

Methionine – final affirmative AD injury determinations on methionine from Japan and Spain

Solar products – dumping margins of 1.27 to 21.87 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan for the period Feb. 1, 2019, through Jan. 31, 2020

Soybean meal – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on organic soybean meal from India and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 7.05 and 266.37 percent

Xanthan gum – dumping margin of zero for one company found eligible for separate rate status in amended preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on xanthan gum from China for the period July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018
